August 7th, 1977. Belgian 500cc Grand Prix at Namur.
Heikki Mikkola is 32 years old and for the second time he becomes world champion 500cc. Brad Lackey (on the left) participates in the joy.
Also Heikki's wife Kaija and their daughter Hanna are on the winner's podium.

Heikki scored most of the GP-points, but in spite of that Wolsink wins the US GP.
An angry Heikki wants to know why and gets an explanation from a official.

The explanation he had: In Carlsbad counted the racepoints!! Both scored five points, by which the total time of Wolsink was a little better.
