February/March 2017:     Odometer: 23.707

 

-  Revision waterpump.

-  Oil pressure switch renewed.

-  Cleaned the clutch reducing jet.

-  Replaced the oil seal of the clutch thrust pin.

-  Mounted a Sigutech clutch slave cilinder.

-  Mounted a CNC press plate for the clutch slave cilinder.

-  Changed the engine oil (Motorex Power Synt 10W-50) and all the filters.

-  Put new grease to the steering head bearings and adjusted the bearings.

-  Perform maintenance on the front and rear suspension by Rini van Laar Suspension.

-  Mounted a set Barracuda mirrors.

-  Replaced the driving chain and sprockets (DID ZVM-X 525 and 16/41).

-  Mounted new rear sprocket bolts and nuts.

-  Replaced the bearings of the rear sprocket support.

-  Mounted a modified chain guide on the swing arm.

-  Replaced the special screws of the fuel tank.

-  Replaced the exhaust gaskets.

-  Mounted a connector for the Optimate 4 battery charger.

-  Mounted the bracket for the Zumo navi.

-  Mounted vibrations absorbers in the steering ends.

-  Changed the setting of the front and rear suspension in to sport.

-  Replaced the front and rear brake fluid.

-  Replaced the coolant (Motorex G48/M5.0)

-  Cleaned the whole exhaust system.

-  Mounted the decals on the rear end top part and let it pait spraying again.

-  Securing the number plate support.

June 2nd, 2017:     Odometer: 24.360

 

-    Mounted a new front and rear tyre (Metzeler Sportec M7RR).

December 28th, 2017:     Odometer: 30.724

 

-    Changed the engine oil (Motorex Power Synt 10W-50) and all the filters.

-    Adjusted the valve clearance (left intake valve on rear cylinder).

-    Replaced the gaskets of the valve covers.

-    Replaced the spark plugs (NGK LKAR8AI-9).

-    Replaced the oil pressure switch.

-    Replaced the rear rubbersleeve intake flange.

-    Replaced the O-ring of the Plug CPC in the fuel line.

-    Cleaned the K&N air filter.

-    Changed the setting of the front and rear suspension in to standard.

-    Adjusted the driving chain.
